IT Support Technician - Level 1 (Full Time)
The IT Support Technician - Level 1 provides technical assistance to Tech Rage IT clients and computer users at a basic network level. The IT Support Technician Level 1 also answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, over the phone or electronically. This position will provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative will prospect for new leads, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, set up appointments and grow the pipeline for the Sales Team. Through a multi-channel, outbound approach, you'll work tactically to reach decision-makers, articulate the value proposition and assess buying interest with targeted, prime prospects.
Service Desk Coordinator
The Service Desk Coordinator is responsible to manage the flow of the Service Desk and assists the Service Team Manager. They will be primarily responsible for screening service requests (triaging tickets), documenting them and following them through until resolution, including client communication for scheduling and follow-up as review of the completed tickets for accuracy. This position requires being highly organized, detail oriented, time efficient, able to manage internal and external communication, and excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English.
