Tech Rage IT’s CEO Invited as Educational Panelist at ChannelPro’s Online Summit

Erica Martinez-Rose discussed how great client interactions lead to loyalty and profit

Winter Springs, Fla., December 8, 2021 - Tech Rage IT's CEO, Erica Martinez-Rose was invited to be an educational panelist on ChannelPro's Managed Services and Cloud Solutions Online Summit.

The virtual, all-day event catered to IT business owners facing timely issues such as securing a hybrid workplace, the futured of managed services, the importance of the customer experience and more.

During the Customer Experience Mastery session, Martinez-Rose and panelist Juan Fernandez discussed how to turn every client interaction into an opportunity to exceed client expectations.

Some of discussion point included:

  1. Use feedback surveys and Net Promoter Scores to take client satisfaction temperatures.
  2. Get the onboarding experience right with new clients and set expectations for the next 30-60-90 days.
  3. The importance of ongoing communication across all client-facing departments, not just technical support.
  4. Use customer experience as a competitive advantage such as testimonials, case studies, and social media.
